God has a plan and purpose for His church to 'Arise and shine' (Isaiah 60:1). Isaiah prophesies that a day would come when Zion would be restored and all the nations would see God's glory. The New Testament writers equate Zion with the church. Dave encourages us to look for times of refreshing and to live in the power of the Spirit as we seek to see God's glory rise upon us.
